Rottnest Express     www.rottnestexpress.com.au

Rottnest is a beautiful island to the west of Perth, Western Australia: this site promotes the best way to get there. Key criteria were that the site should be fun, easy to use, and make booking easy. After launch, online bookings jumped from 10% to 40%, and all ferries were booked out. Wow! NB: The booking system itself predates the rest of the site, and was not built by me. Based on an original design concept by Sandbox.

Site launch

This site has been a long time coming: the chief sin of all web designers is to fail to update their own sites. In my case, building the site — or rather, finalising the design — has been the central problem.
